Khetivaala (“ખેતીવાલા”, “we”, “our”) is a free agricultural marketplace app for farmers in Gujarat. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging) and Google Play Services. Each has its own terms:

We may disclose data if required by law.
Your profile and listings remain until you delete them, or until you request account removal. After deletion we may keep minimal records only where required by law or for fraud prevention, and we remove them when they are no longer needed.
If you cannot remove something in the app, email help@khetivaala.in from your registered number, or include that number in the message. Use the subject line “Delete my Khetivaala data” and describe what you want removed.
Email help@khetivaala.in with the subject line “Delete my Khetivaala account”, from the phone number registered in the app or including that number and the name shown in your profile.
We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted:
Stored only on your device: bookmarks. To remove them, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
Khetivaala is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to listings and profile data is restricted by server-side security rules. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not post sensitive personal information in a listing description.
